My Story

It's an amazing cause which needs all the support it can get right now!

On Friday 5th March, beginning 8pm, 17 heroes will take on the 4-4-48 challenge!

Made famous by David Goggins, 4-4-48 is running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours.

That means 12 runs, that means 48 miles over 48 hours, that means running through the night, that means no more than 3 hours rest at a time! It will be a physical challenge sure, but the mental challenge will be the toughest!

This massive effort will all be for a good cause, as all money raised will go to MacMillan Cancer Support.
